The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.
Problem
Customers noticed that scheduled Data Visualization reports that have been coming in fine previously are now randomly being deleted or not generated. This issue is due to that the API calls are receiving bad or null responses on some report requests, when PL web attempts to collect the data.
Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem, but an Interim Repair has not been defined. Until the issue can be resolved, customers may randomly see these reports deleted. If the reports cannot be found, they would need to be recreated again.
