The Mounting of the Right-Hand Platform is Improved on Certain New-Build 793D Off-Highway Trucks {7253}

Description Of Change: A plate assembly in the mounting group for the right-hand platform has been improved to prevent contact with a non-serviced plate on the right-hand platform. The thickness of the base plate in the plate assembly has been increased to prevent contact with the non-serviced plate. The non-serviced plate was too long and interfered with the installation of the plate assembly.

The improved 350-6680 Plate As (1) is part of the 193-6252 Platform Mounting Gp. The new, thicker base pate will prevent the contact with the non-serviced 394-0565 Plate (2) that is part of the 394-0558 Platform.
The improved 350-6680 Plate As (1) became effective with the machines after the above listed serial numbers.
Use the following procedure to correct interference found on machines within the above listed serial numbers.
- Locate the non-serviced 394-0565 Plate (2) that is part of the 394-0558 Platform.
