Oil Pressure Sensor Calibration
本发动机上装有3个机油压力传感器。 其中一个传感器向状态控制模块提供机油压力读数。 其它两个传感器向计算机化监测系统(CMS)提供已过滤机油压力和机油滤清器压差。 使用下述程序来标定CMS机油压力传感器。
- 清除所有现存机油压力传感器故障。 将模式控制开关(MCS)转到断电/复位(OFF/RESET)位置。 发动机监控系统(ESS)必须完全断电。
- 将模式控制开关(MCS)转到停机(STOP)位置。
- 监视数字诊断工具(DDT)屏幕"65号"，查看预润滑开关的状态。 该屏幕必须显示"未准备好(NOT READY)"。
- 模式控制开关(MCS)必须保持在停机(STOP)位置达5分钟，在此期间预润滑开关处于打开(open)位置，以使标定能够进行。
- 5分钟后，计算机化监测系统(CMS)"5号"机油压力表应显示"0"。 该读数指示标定完毕。
