Visual Inspection
目视检查系统是故障诊断和排除的第一步。 目视检查之前，应关闭发动机，并把所有作业机具下放到地面。
- 检查液压油箱里的油位。 缓慢松开加注/排气螺塞以释放压力，然后拆下加注/排气螺塞。

注意 在进行检验、保养、测试、调整及维修产品期间，必须小心以确保装好排放出的油液。 在打开任何舱室或解体任何储有液体的部件之前，要准备好合适的容器收集液体。
有关收集和盛接 Cat 产品上油液的适用工具和用品，请参阅专门出版物, NENG2500, "代理商维修工具目录"。
按照当地法规和要求处置所有液体。
- 拆下液压滤清器滤芯。 检查液压滤清器中有无材料显示部件损坏。
- 检查所有管路和连接是否损坏或泄露。
- 检查控制连杆机构有无部件弯曲、断裂或损坏。
