Cold Start Strategy

Usage:

3412 3JK

冷起动策略仅在以下条件下启用:

  • 冷却液温度低于 60°C (140°F)

  • 发动机油门处于低怠速位置

当冷起动策略在发动机起动期间激活时,燃油齿条行程限制为 10 mm (0.39 in)。 发动机起动后,燃油齿条行程限制为 7 mm (0.28 in)。

在以下条件下,冷模式停用:

  • 冷却液温度达到 60°C (140°F)。

  • 发动机转速增加到高于 1200 rpm。

  • 发动机已经运转了 5 分钟。

注: 电子调速发动机的盘车时间可能比机械调速发动机要长。 出现这种情况是因为电子执行器需要一些油压来移动燃油齿条。

燃油齿条位置传感器故障

如果存在以下一个或多个条件,可能会出现燃油齿条位置传感器故障:

  • 燃油齿条位置传感器的输出为开路。

  • 燃油齿条位置传感器输出对接地或电源短路。

  • 测得的燃油齿条读数超出技术规格。

间歇性故障导致发动机转速陡然下降。 ECM 将检测燃油齿条位置传感器故障。 然后,模块将通过诊断灯警告操作员。 燃油齿条的相关策略将停用。 调速器的"仅转速"模式将激活,以便使发动机继续正常运转。 如有配备,计算机化监控系统 (CMS) 上的供电百分比指示将不准确。
