Power Distribution Module (1) Fuse and relay module (2) Washdown relay (3) Washdown fuse |
Washdown relay (2) and washdown fuse (3) are located in fuse and relay module (1). The module is on the right side of the machine, under the operator platform. An access panel provides access to these components.
Note: The fuse and relay module has a removable cover (not shown). A decal on the cover identifies the components in the fuse and relay bank.
Washdown relay (2) is labeled "R8" in fuse and relay module (1). Washdown fuse (3) in labeled "F8". The washdown fuse is rated at 10 amp.
When energized, washdown relay (2) transfers power from washdown fuse (3) to the washdown pump motor. The washdown relay is controlled by the machine ECM.

Right Side of Machine (4) Washdown pump (5) Filter |
Washdown pump (4) is located behind the operator station.
Washdown pump (4) consists of a pump and motor. When the motor is energized, the pump draws fluid from the washdown tank or the fuel tank through filter (5). The pump then supplies the source fluid to the washdown system.

Right Side of Machine (6) Washdown tank (7) Sight glass (8) Fill port |
Optional washdown tank (6) is located behind the operator station. The operator platform provides access to this component.
Washdown tank (6) stores fluid for the washdown system. Sight glass (7) is used to check the fluid level in the tank. If the level is low, fluid is added through fill port (8). The refill capacity of the washdown tank is

Rear of Machine (9) Hose reel (10) Spray wand (11) Quick coupler |
Optional hose reel (9) for the washdown system is mounted behind the operator station.
Quick coupler (11) is used to connect spray wand (10) to the end of the hose. The spray wand is stored on the right side of hose reel (9). When the washdown pump is operating, fluid is supplied directly to the hose.
