1. Use Tooling (A) to install lip seal (17) into mounting flange (10).

2. Install retaining ring (16).

3. Install seal group (15) onto bearing housing (14).

4. Install bearing housing (14) onto mounting flange (10).

   Note: Bearing housing (14) must be installed with the seal group against mounting flange (10).

5. Install gears (12) and (13) into bearing housing (14).

6. Install O-ring seal (11) into motor housing (8).

7. Install motor housing (8) onto mounting flange (10).

8. Install seal group (9) onto bearing housing (7).

9. Install bearing housing (7).

10. Install O-ring seal (6) onto motor housing (8).

11. Install cover (4).

12. Install bolts (3) and the washers into cover (4). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 63 N·m (46 lb ft).

13. Install elbow (5) and the O-ring seal.

14. Install O-ring seals (2) into elbows (1).

15. Install elbows (1) onto the piston motor.
