  1. Install swashplate limiters (95) and nuts (94) to the depth recorded during disassembly.

  2. Install dowels (93).

  4. Use a suitable press and Tooling (C) to install bearing (91).

  5. Install port plate (89) and centering plate (90).

  6. Install washer (88), spring (87), washer (86), and retaining ring (85).

  7. Use Tooling (C) and a suitable press to apply pressure onto washer (86) to install retaining ring (85) into barrel assembly (69).

  8. Install alignment pins (83) into swashplate (70).

  9. Apply Tooling (E) onto throttle screws (84).

  10. Install throttle screws (84) into swashplate (70).

  11. Install pistons (80) into retainer plate (79).

  12. Install pistons (80) and retainer plate (79) onto the contact surface of swashplate (70).

  13. Install segments (82) and bolts (81) onto swashplate (70).

  14. Install shims (78), retainer ball w/springs (77), and swashplate (70) into barrel assembly (69).

  15. Install O-ring seal (76) and new Teflon seal (75) onto counter-piston (72).

  16. Install O-ring seal (74) and new Teflon seal (73) onto stroking piston (71).

  17. Install swashplate (70) onto barrel assembly (69).

  18. Install stroking piston (71) and counter-piston (72) into swashplate (70).

    Note: When inserting the rotary group, the counter-piston must be carefully inserted into the appropriate running bushing and the counter piston must be guided through the bore in the centering plate and inserted into its bushing. Line up the hole in the counter-piston with the access hole for the control assembly installation.

  19. Install Tooling (B) into barrel assembly (69). Use a suitable lifting device to install barrel assembly (69). Lifting barrel assembly in this state weighs approximately 27.2 kg (60 lb).

  20. Remove Tooling (A) from barrel assembly (69).

  22. Use suitable press to install bearing (66) onto shaft assembly (62).

  23. Install retaining ring (65) onto shaft assembly (62).

  24. Install shaft assembly (62) into bearing flange (64).

  25. Install hold down screws (61).

  26. Apply Tooling (E) onto screws (63).

  27. Install bearings (64) and screws (63).

  28. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to install flange assembly (60). The weight of flange assembly (60) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).

  29. Install bolts (59) into flange assembly (60).

  32. Install lever (48), O-ring seal (57), pin (56), and setscrew (55) into control assembly (35).

  33. Install pin (49), spool (50), adapter (51), spring (52), O-ring seal (53), and plug (54) into control assembly (35).

  34. Install spring adapter (46), spring (45), spring (44), O-ring seal (43), and adapter (42) into control assembly (35).

  35. Install nut (41), adjustment screw (40), and cap (39) onto adapter (42).

  36. Install pins (38), gasket (37), and elbow assembly (36) onto control assembly (35).

  39. Install spring (27) and guide (28) into the control assembly.

  40. Install cup (29), spring (30), spool (31), and spring (32) into sleeve assembly (26).

  41. Install sleeve assembly (26). Apply downward pressure to sleeve assembly (26) to install setscrew (27) and nut (28) in the hole in sleeve assembly (26).

  42. Install O-ring seal (26) into block (25).

  44. Install cartridge assembly (23), the O-ring seal, and solenoid assembly (22). Tighten cartridge assembly to a torque of 19 ± 0.5 N·m (168.00 ± 4.40 lb in).

  46. Rotate the pump with the shaft pointing downwards.

  47. Install adapter (19), plug (20), and the O-ring seals.
