MH3022, MH3024 and MH3026 Material Handlers Hydraulic System Caterpillar

The implement systems and travel system use a load sensing system that controls the operation of the implements and travel motor. The main pump and medium pressure pilot pump are mounted to the engine and provide the oil for the systems.

The swing pump is a closed loop hydraulic system that uses a piston pump that is mounted the rear of the main pump. The swing pump provides oil for operation of the swing motor.

The travel system uses a mechanical drive that includes a transmission and axles. The transmission is driven by a hydraulic travel motor.

The machines hydraulic system is controlled by the monitor, multiple ECMs, and various operator controls.
