Start By:

  1. Remove the piston pump (auxiliary).

  1. Remove bolts (2) and head (1) from housing (3).

  2. Remove piston kit (4) from head (1).

  3. Remove O-ring seal (5) and O-ring seal (9) from head (1).

  4. Remove port plate (8) from head (1).

  5. Remove bearing cup (10) from head (1).

  6. Remove bolts (7) and control valve (6) from head (1).

  7. Remove O-ring seals (11) from control valve (6).

  8. Remove nut (18), coil (17), and valve (16) from control valve (6).

  9. Remove backup ring (12), O-ring seal (13), backup ring (14), and O-ring seal (15) from valve (16).

    Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.


  10. Remove plug assembly (19), O-ring seal (20), and O-ring seal (21) from control valve (6).

  11. Remove springs (22) and (23), poppet (24), and plug assembly (25) from control valve (6).

  12. Remove plug assembly (26), plug assembly (28), and spool (27) from control valve (6).

  13. Remove plug assembly (29), O-ring seal (30), spring (31), spring (32), and poppet (33) from control valve (6).

  14. Remove plug assemblies (34), (35), and (36) from control valve (6).

  15. Remove plug assembly (38) and spool (37) from control valve (6).

  16. Remove bearing cone (39) and O-ring seal (40) from housing (3).

  17. Remove barrel assembly (41) from housing (3).

  18. Remove pistons (42) and plate (43) from barrel (44).

  22. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to remove retaining ring (47) from barrel (44).

  23. Remove retaining ring (47), washer (48), spring (49), and washer (50) from the barrel.

  24. Remove shaft (53), swashplate (52) and spring (51) from housing (3).

  26. Remove retaining ring (57) and lip seal (56) from housing (3).

  27. Use Tooling (A) to remove bearing cup (58) from housing (3).
