Introduction
This document includes instructions for calibration of the service brake pedals for the machines listed above. This calibration will be performed through IQAN. Do not perform any procedure in this publication or order any parts until you understand the information that is contained in this publication.

Calibration Instructions

- From the main screen press the "Main Menu" button (1) .
- From the "Main Menu" press F1 (2) for the "Adjust Menu"

- Select "Analog Inputs" (3) from the "Adjust Menu" list by rotating and pressing the encoder knob (4) .

- Enter pin 4850 by rotating and pressing encoder knob (4) .

- There are two service brake inputs (A and B) for both the front and rear brake pedal. You will need to check/calibrate all four.

- Press buttonA (5) to select "Min". Without touching the brake pedal (front or rear) check the Actual value [%] (6). This value should be as close to zero as possible. Adjust this number by rotating the encoder knob (4). This number can be unstable so you will need to get as close to zero as possible.

- Then press B (7) to select "Max". Fully depress the brake pedal you are checking. Adjust the actual value (8) by rotating the encoder knob (4) until the value is as close to 100% as possible. Remember, this action must be done for both A and B service brake for both front and rear pedals. Always press the encoder knob after calibrating each channel to save the settings.
