Alternator Installation

1. Remove existing alternator and bracket. Retain mounting fasteners and serpentine belt.

   Note: Original wiring will also be reused.

2. Assure area is clean and free of debris.

Be sure that fasteners do not interfere with engine components

3. Install Support As (2) using original fasteners. Be sure that fasteners do not interfere with engine components.

4. Install Charging Alternator Gp (1) using retained fasteners.

5. Reinstall original wires using one of the alternator fasteners for the ground.

6. Reinstall serpentine belt.

7. Install Guard (3) .

8. Install P type clamp on alternator wire harness (use the original P clamp, fastener, and mount on same A/C compressor tab).

9. Assure that the harness does not interfere with the alternator bracket.
