Removal Procedure

1. Loosen clamp (4). Disconnect harness assemblies (3). Loosen and reposition tube assemblies (5) .Remove clamp (3). Remove bolts (2). Remove clean emissions module (1). The clean emissions module weights 23 kg (50 lb).

Installation Procedure

1. Install clean emissions module (1) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Tighten clamp (3) to torque of 34 ± 8 N·m (25 ± 6 lb ft)

      Note: The gap in the clamp must not align with the slots in the exhaust stack.
