Seat - Remove and Install

Removal Procedure

------ WARNING! ------

In order to prevent possible personal injury, release the air pressure from the air tank before disconnecting any components of the air system.


  1. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Use of Wheel Chocks".

  2. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery Disconnect Switch".

  3. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "System Pressure Release"Air System.

  4. Slide seat (1) to the full back position. Remove bolt (2). Slide seat (1) forward.

  5. Remove cable strap (3). Disconnect hose assembly (4). Remove clip (5).

  6. Remove clip (6). Remove bolts (7). Position bracket (8) out of the way.

  7. Remove bolts (9). Move seat suspension group (10) backward.

  8. With the help of another person, remove seat (1). The weight of seat (1) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).

  9. With the help of another person, remove suspension group (10). The weight of suspension group (10) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).

  10. Remove support assembly (11), if necessary.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install seat (1) in the reverse order of removal.
