Installation Procedure

1. Place the Engine (37) and transmission (38) on a suitable stand.

2. Attach tool (A) to a suitable lifting device. Attach tool (A) to the engine and to the transmission. The combined weight of engine (37) and transmission (38) is approximately 690 kg (1521 lb).

3. Install transmission mounting bolt (36) in the rear right side of the transmission. Tighten bolts (36) to a torque of 240 ± 40 N·m (177 ± 30 lb ft).

4. Install transmission mounting bolt (35) in the rear left side of the transmission. Tighten bolt (35) to a torque of 240 ± 40 N·m (177 ± 30 lb ft).

5. Install the engine mounting bolt (34) in the front left side of the engine. Tighten bolt (34) to a torque of 240 ± 40 N·m (177 ± 30 lb ft).

6. Install engine mounting bolt (33) in the front right side of the engine. Tighten bolt (33) to a torque of 240 ± 40 N·m (177 ± 30 lb ft).

7. Remove the suitable Tooling from hydraulic tank (32).

8. Remove the suitable lifting straps and cribbing from pump (31).

9. Install pump (29) and bolts (30) tighten bolts to a torque of 240 ± 40 N·m (177 ± 30 lb ft).

10. Connect engine harness assembly (28) and install straps (27).

11. Install hose (23). Install clamp (24) and bolt (26). Tighten clamps (22) and (25).

12. Connect harness assembly (19) and (17). Connect harness assembly (16), (18) and (21). Install straps (12), (13) and (14). Connect cable harness assemblies (15) and (20).

13. Install hoses (11) and install clamp (10) and bolt (9).

14. Install hose (3) and clamps (2) and (8). Install hose (5) and clamps (1) and (6). Connect harness assembly (7) and install straps (4).

15. Install the filters to the engine and transmission.

1. Install the cab.

2. Install the rear drive shaft.

3. Install the radiator.

4. Install the muffler.
