助力制动阀总成使用来自先导蓄能器的油向总泵添加助力。

液压力乘以踏板作用力,使操作员可以更容易地获得更多制动力。

左侧制动器释放(上图),且右侧制动器(下图)接合。 当制动踏板一起踩下时,补偿端口中的补偿单向阀用于平衡两个制动执行器中的压力。

制动踏板释放后,流向辅助活塞左端的先导油将被阻断。 流向主活塞中间的先导油也将被阻断。 主活塞中间和反馈弹簧腔还通过排放口与油箱连通。

来自液压油箱的油通过辅助活塞中的油道,与助力制动器总成中间的大弹簧腔连通。 油可以在大弹簧腔与辅助活塞弹簧腔之间自由流动。 辅助活塞中的单向阀离开阀座。 辅助活塞弹簧腔通过管路与制动执行器连通。

当制动踏板踩下时,制动器连杆将主活塞向右移动。 先导油不再被阻断,并且将流向辅助活塞左端、主活塞中间以及反馈弹簧腔。 随着辅助活塞左端的压力增加,压力辅助主活塞将辅助活塞移向右侧。 反馈弹簧腔中感应到的压力与弹簧一起向操作员提供反馈或感觉。

随着辅助活塞移向右侧,单向阀座合,阻断辅助活塞弹簧腔中的油。 辅助弹簧腔中的油被迫流出腔室,以便接合制动器。 制动踏板踩下的距离决定流向制动执行器的油量。 油流量决定制动器完全踩下的程度。 踏板踩下的距离还决定辅助弹簧腔中的压力大小,以及作用在制动执行器上的压力大小。

此外,随着辅助活塞向右移动,油流入补偿端口。 当施加两个制动器时,两个补偿单向阀将离开阀座,以平衡输送至两个制动执行器的压力。

当一个踏板踩下时,两个补偿单向阀都将移动。 但是,其中一个将座合,以阻止压力油进入其他制动油缸(剖视图 - 右中)。

当踏板释放时,弹簧将辅助活塞和主活塞移回左侧,减少制动执行器上感应到的压力。 辅助活塞中的单向阀离开阀座,且辅助活塞右端腔室中的油与大弹簧腔中的贮油自由混合。

如果发动机在机器行驶时熄火,将仍可施加制动器,但操作员需要耗费更大气力。 发动机熄火时,对于限定数量的制动器应用,先导蓄能器仍将提供部分助力。

制动助力阀在每个制动踏板 (23) 处与总泵 (22) 连通。 油通过供油管 (24) 进入总泵,并通过回油管 (25) 离开总泵。 油通过总泵底部的制动器供油管 (26) 流向行车制动器。

总泵可以从机器的驾驶室内部拆下。
