Piston Motor (Disc Saw) - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Remove bolts (1) and guard (2) .

- Remove bolts (3) and plate (4) .

- Remove bolts (5). Use two people in order to remove guard (6). The weight of guard (6) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).

- Attach a suitable lifting device to piston motor (7). The weight of piston motor (7) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).

- Remove bolts (8). Remove piston pump (7) .

Installation Procedure
- Install piston motor (7) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of 360 ± 60 N·m (266 ± 44 lb ft).
