Horn (1)


Horn - Press down on the horn button in order to sound the horn.

Left Tow Point Switch (2)


Left Tow Point Control - Press and hold the left tow point control upward in order to increase the thickness of the mat on the left side of the screed. Press and hold the left tow point control downward in order to decrease the thickness of the mat on the left side of the screed. When the switch is released, the switch will automatically return to the center position. The screed will remain in the last selected position.

Left Mainframe Extender Switch (3)


Left Mainframe Extender Switch - Use the left mainframe extender switch to extend and to retract the left mainframe extender. When the switch is released, the extender will remain in the last selected position. The switch will return to the center position.


Extend - Hold the switch to the left in order to extend the left mainframe extender.


Retract - Hold the switch to the left in order to retract the left mainframe extender.

Note: The mainframe retract function is tied to the extender width retract switch position. If the extender switch is in the retract position, the mainframe will start to retract after a short time delay.

Left Mix Height Dial (4)


Left Mix Height Dial - To control the height of the mix at the end of the augers, use the left mix height dial. Turn the dial clockwise in order to increase the height of the mix. Turn the dial counterclockwise in order to decrease the height of the mix.

Left Extender Height Switch (5)


Left Extender Height Switch - Use the left extender height switch in order to increase or decrease the height of the extender on the left side of the screed.


Increase - Move the switch upward in order to increase the height of the extender on the left side of the screed.


Decrease - Move the switch downward in order to decrease the height of the extender on the left side of the screed.

Left Extender Width Switch (6)


Left Extender Width Switch - Use the left extender switch to extend and to retract the left extender. When the switch is released, the extender will remain in the last selected position. The switch will return to the center position.


Extend - Hold the switch to the left in order to extend the left extender.


Retract - Hold the switch to the left in order to retract the left extender.

Left Conveyor Switch (7)


Left Conveyor Control - The left conveyor switch is used to control the rotation of the conveyor.


Manual - Hold the left conveyor switch upward in order to operate the left conveyor in the manual mode. While the conveyor is in the manual mode, the speed of the conveyor can be adjusted by turning dial (7) .


Automatic Mode - The automatic mode is the default operating mode for the conveyor.


Reverse - Hold the left conveyor switch downward in order to operate the left conveyor manually in the reverse direction. Run the conveyor in the reverse direction in order to free up jammed material in the hopper. Release the left conveyor switch in order to return the conveyor to the automatic mode.

Left Extender Slope Switch (8)


Left Extender Slope Switch - Press and hold the left extender slope switch upward in order to increase the slope of the left extender. Press and hold the left extender slope switch downward in order to decrease the slope of the left extender. When the switch is released, the switch will automatically return to the center position.

Left Berm Switch (9)


Left Berm Raise - Press and hold the left berm switch upward in order to raise the left berm.


Left Berm Lower - Press and hold the left berm switch downward in order to lower the left berm.
