注: 前后间隙调节器的拆解步骤和组装步骤都是相同的。
- 润滑 O 形密封圈 (8) 和 O 形密封圈 (10) 。

- 安装密封件 (8) 和密封件 (10) 。
- 将活塞壳体 (13) 、弹簧 (12) 、弹簧 (11) 和活塞组件 (9) 安装到活塞 (3) 上。
- 将挡圈 (14) 安装到活塞 (3) 上。
- 对于另一侧活塞，重复步骤 1 至 4。
- 如果螺纹接头 (6) 已拆下，安装螺纹接头 (6) 。

- 润滑 O 型密封圈 (7) 。
- 安装 O 形密封圈 (7) 。
- 将活塞 (3) 安装到壳体 (2) 中。

- 将壳体 (2) 安装到底座 (1) 上。
