- 拆下松紧调整器。
注: 前后间隙调节器的拆解步骤和组装步骤都是相同的。
- 将壳体 (2) 从底座 (1) 上拆下。

被弹簧力爆出的零件击中，会招致人员伤害。 确保穿上所有必要的保护装备。 遵照建议的程序，并使用所有建议的工具以释放弹簧力。 |
- 拆下弹簧 (4) 。
- 将活塞 (3) 从壳体 (2) 上拆下。
- 对于另一侧壳体，重复步骤 1 至 3。
- 拆下 O 形密封圈 (7) 。

- 拆下防尘盖 (5) 。
- 如有必要，将螺纹接头 (6) 从底座 (1) 上拆下。
- 使用工具 (A) ，以从活塞 (3) 上拆下挡圈 (14) 。

- 将活塞壳体 (13) 、弹簧 (12) 、弹簧 (11) 和活塞组件 (9) 从活塞 (3) 上拆下。
- 拆下密封件 (8) 和密封件 (10) 。 检查密封件有无磨损或损坏。 如有必要，更换密封件。
- 对于另一侧活塞，重复步骤 8 至 10。
