Two additional sleeve bearings can be installed on both sides of the tilt bracket if movement of the bearings occurs. The additional sleeve bearings will act as a spacer to help prevent movement of the bearings. This will prevent excessive movement of the tilt bracket.
No lubricant is used in order to install the additional sleeve bearings and the area must be cleaned in order to remove any lubricants. Before installation, the sleeve bearings should be frozen. A bearing driver is used in order to move the existing sleeve bearings into the center of the tilt bracket. Then, the bearing driver is used in order to install one new sleeve bearings into each end of the bore on both sides of the tilt bracket.

Two additional 194-4175 Sleeve Bearings (1) can be installed on both sides of the 243-6680 Blade Mounting Gp, the 252-7086 Blade Mounting Gp and the 265-1080 Blade Mounting Gp .
The 243-6680 Blade Mounting Gp is used on 160M and 160M Series 2 Motor Graders.
The 252-7086 Blade Mounting Gp is used on 140M, 140M Series 2, and 12M Series 2 Motor Graders.
The 265-1080 Blade Mounting Gp is used on 12M, 120M, and 120M Series 2 Motor Graders.
