Machine Automation System Warning Light - Check - R1300G LJB

Usage:

- MXX


  1. Enter the operations area.

    ReferenceFor the procedure to enter the operations area, refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Machine Isolating for Maintenance" for the machine being serviced.

  1. Move the machine to an area that can be viewed from the Barrier Control Panel (BCP).

    ------ WARNING! ------

    Severe injury or death may result from exiting the operator station when the red autonomous control warning light or amber machine automation system warning light is flashing. Move the autonomous control switch to the OFF position before exiting the operator station and immediately investigate the problem.

    (1) Amber MAS warning light

    (2) Red autonomous control warning light

  1. Check that amber MAS warning light (1) and red autonomous control warning light (2) are secure and not damaged.

  1. Move the battery disconnect switch to the ON position.

    ReferenceRefer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery Disconnect Switch" for the machine being serviced.

  1. Move remote control switch (3) to the ON position. Move autonomous control switch (4) to the ON position.

  1. Move autonomous control enable switch (5) to the ON position.

  1. Check amber MAS warning light (1) will flash.

    (7) BCP shutdown reset switch

    (8) BCP isolation switch

    (9) BCP shutdown switch

  1. Remove personal lockout from isolation switch (8) on BCP (6) .

  1. Move BCP isolation switch (8) to the ON position.

  1. Move BCP shutdown switch (9) clockwise.

  1. Depress BCP shutdown reset switch (7) for two seconds.

  1. Check red autonomous control warning light (1) will flash.

Note: If the system did not perform as described, complete any necessary repairs before the machine is returned to operation.
