(1) Torque for three hose clamps ... 1.0 ± 0.2 N·m (9 ± 2 lb in)
(2) Install the breather filter so that the air flow into the tank is in the direction of the arrow that is on the breather filter.
(3) Torque for the elbow assembly ... 45 ± 5 N·m (33 ± 4 lb ft)
(4) Torque for two hose clamps ... 4.5 ± 0.5 N·m (40 ± 4 lb in)
(6) Make sure that the cable strap does not restrict the fluid flow.
(7) Torque for two bolts for the sight gauge ... 12.0 ± 1.5 N·m (105 ± 13 lb in)
(8) Torque for six bolts ... 2.5 ± 0.2 N·m (22 ± 2 lb in)
Note: When you assemble the hydraulic tank group (5) to the bracket assembly (10), hand tighten all four bolts (9) before you torque the bolts to standard torque.
(10) Position the bracket assembly for the hydraulic tank group so that there is a clearance of 31 mm (1.2 inch) between the front surface of the bracket assembly and the rear face of the engine block. When the hydraulic tank group is mounted in the bracket assembly, a minimum clearance of 7 mm (0.3 inch) must be maintained between the outlet of the suction on the tank and the filter head on the transmission.
