New Rod Seals for the Quarry Truck and Construction Truck Hoist Cylinders {5102}

Description of Change: New rod seals are available for the hoist cylinders. The new rod seal has a U-cup seal that replaces the former rectangular cross section seal and the former backup ring. The seals will only address leaks that are caused by former seal design.

Adaptable To: The change is effective with 770 BZZ00393-UP, 772RLB00482-UP, 773F EED[00863-UP, 775F DLS00822-UP and 777F JRP01538-UP. Refer to Table 1 and Table 2 in order to view the new parts and the former parts that are affected.
