Description of Change: An improved fuse and ARC suppressor is now used in the axle oil cooler wiring harness.
The installation of two new fuses and ARC suppressors in the wiring harness provides additional protection for the axle oil cooler motors.
Adaptable To: The new 1DE3994 Fuse and ARC Suppressor replaces the former 189-3158 Arc Suppressor .
The 1DE3994 Fuse and ARC Suppressor is effective in production with:
- R1600G (S/N: 9PP247-UP)
- R1600 (S/N: 9EW1-UP; 9XP1-UP) and R1600G (S/N: 9PP1-246)
