Installation Procedure

1. Place drum (14) under the machine.

2. Attach Tooling (A) , Tooling (C) , and a suitable lifting device to the machine. Raise the machine and remove Tooling (D) . Place suitable blocks under the machine in order to support the machine slightly off the ground.

3. Attach a suitable lifting device to drum support (11) . Install the shims, drum support (11) , bolts (13) , and bolts (12) . Apply Tooling (E) to bolts (13) .

4. Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to motor assembly (10) . Install motor assembly (10) and bolts (9) . Apply Tooling (E) to bolts (9) .

5. Attach a suitable lifting device to drum support (6) . Install the shims, drum support (6) , bolts (8) , and bolts (7) .

6. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in order to raise the machine slightly off the ground. Remove the suitable blocks.

7. Connect hose assemblies (3) , (2) , (5) , and (4) to propel motor (1) .

End By:

1. Install the gear motor (vibratory). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Motor (Vibratory) - Install".
2. Install the drum scraper. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drum Scraper - Remove and Install".
3. Install the rollover protective structure (ROPS). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Rollover Protective Structure (ROPS) - Remove and Install".
