Hoist Cylinder Performance - Test

Usage:

  1. 重复步骤 2,直到液压油的温度高于 38°C (100°F)。

举倾油缸的升起时间

  1. 将卸载车斗降到卡车机架上。

  1. 使发动机在高怠速下转动。

  1. 将自卸车斗升到完全升起的位置。 利用秒表测量所需时间。

举倾油缸完全伸出所需最长时间约为 15 秒。

注: 如果接通或断开减噪,举升时间约有 3 秒差异。

油缸沉降

注: 利用空载车斗和高于 38°C (100°F) 的液压油执行此测试。

  1. 将举倾操纵杆移到升起位置。

  1. 当举倾油缸的一级伸出 305 mm (12 in) 时,将举倾操纵杆移到保持位置。

  1. 卸载车斗将推动一级缸盖 6.35 mm (0.25 in),以达到举倾油缸的二级。 利用秒表记录所需时间。

油缸沉降可接受的时间与举倾油缸内液压油的温度有关。 关于可以接受的时间,请参阅表 1。
