Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Apply Tooling (A) to the turbocharger mounting studs on the exhaust manifold.

- Attach a suitable lifting device to turbocharger (10). the weight of turbocharger (10) is approximately 35 kg (77 lb).
- Install gasket (11), turbocharger (10) and four nuts (11) .
- Install hose assembly (8) and hose assembly (9) .

- Connect hose assembly (6) and hose assembly (7) .

- Install gasket (5) .

- Install tube assembly (3) and three bolts (4) .

- Install clamp (2) in the position recorded in the removal procedure. Tighten clamp (2) .

- Install cover (1) .

- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the proper filling procedure.
End By:
- Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove".
- Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install".
