Fuel level circuit | |
The components of the fuel level circuit are the Caterpillar Monitoring System ECM, the fuel level sensor, and the fuel level gauge.

With the key start switch in the ON position, 24 volt power is supplied from the batteries through circuit breaker 13 to Caterpillar Monitoring System ECM (1) .
Fuel level sensor (2) sends a signal to Caterpillar Monitoring System ECM (1). Caterpillar Monitoring System ECM (1) sends the signal to the gauge module. Fuel level gauge (3) indicates the fuel level remaining within the tank.
