滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。 发动机停机之后，液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前，如果不事先释放压力，可能会造成严重伤害。 确保所有的选装部件已降下，并确保在拆卸任何部件和管路前油冷却下来。 只能在发动机停机，并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。 |

- 将机器停放在光滑的水平地面上。
- 将推进杆 (1) 移到 NEUTRAL（空档）位置。

- 将停车制动器开关 (2) 移到 ON（接通）位置。

- 停止发动机。
- 将来自工具 (C) 的一段反光胶带 (3) 粘到其中一个风扇叶片的端部。

- 将发动机罩开关 (4) 移到升起位置 完全升起发动机室盖。

- 断开风扇控制电磁阀接头 (6) 。
注: 风扇泵位于发动机左前侧。

- 将工具 (B) 安装到风扇测压口 (5) 上。
- 起动发动机。 将油门开关 (7) 移到 HIGH IDLE（低怠速）位置。 发动机转速应为 2225 ± 75 rpm。

- 以高怠速运转发动机。 监视油温表 (8) 上的液压油温。 油温达到 43° ± 5.6°C (110° ± 10°F) 后停止操作机器。
- 使用工具 (C) 来测量风扇转速。 风扇转速应为 1150 ± 25 rpm。 如果风扇转速符合规定范围，转至步骤 16。 如果风扇转速超出规定范围，转至步骤 12。
- 将油门开关 (7) 移到低怠速位置。 停止发动机。
- 松开风扇泵控制阀 (9) 上的锁紧螺母。 要提高风扇转速，顺时针旋转调整螺钉。 要降低风扇转速，逆时针旋转调整螺钉。

- 固定调整螺钉并拧紧锁紧螺母。
- 重新检查风扇转速。 返回步骤 9。
- 读取工具 (A) 上的压力。 压力应为 20360 ± 350 kPa (2950 ± 50 psi)。
- 如压力值超出指定范围，则转到第 18 步。 如果压力符合规定范围，转至步骤 19。
- 对效率低下的风扇泵和马达进行故障诊断与排除。
- 将油门开关 (7) 移到低怠速位置。 停止发动机。
- 拆下工具并重新连接风扇控制电磁阀的接头 (6) 。
- 降下发动机室盖。
