滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。 发动机停机之后，液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前，如果不事先释放压力，可能会造成严重伤害。 确保所有的选装部件已降下，并确保在拆卸任何部件和管路前油冷却下来。 只能在发动机停机，并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。 |
- 将机器停放在光滑的水平地面上。
- 将推进杆 (1) 移到 NEUTRAL（空档）位置。

- 将停车制动器开关 (2) 移到 ON（接通）位置。

- 停止发动机。
- 拆下前机腹盘。
- 测量横拉杆销的中心线之间的距离。 该距离应为 1500 ± 2 mm (59.05 ± 0.01 in)。

- 如果测量值超出规定范围，转至步骤 8。 如果测量值在规定范围内，转至步骤 12。
- 将螺栓 (4) 和销 (5) 从左转向油缸 (3) 的连杆端拆下。 将油缸移到一边。

- 松开横拉杆 (6) 任意一侧上的卡箍螺栓 (7) 。 调整横拉杆，直到横拉杆销的中心线之间的距离为 1500 ± 2 mm (59.05 ± 0.01 in)。 参考图 3。

- 拧紧机器两侧的卡箍螺栓 (7) 。
- 重新安装前转向油缸。
- 测量其中一个前转向油缸的销的中心线之间的距离。 该距离应为 629 ± 2 mm (24.7 ± 0.01 in)。

- 如果距离在规定范围内，则车轮处于中间（笔直向前）位置。 如果距离不在规定范围内，使用方向盘移动车轮，直到达到测量值。
- 安装前机腹盘。
