Brake light circuit | |
The components of the stop light circuit are the stop/tail light, the front residual brake oil and stop light pressure switch, the rear residual brake oil and stop light pressure switch and the indicator lamp panel.

With the key start switch in the ON position, 24 volt power is supplied from the batteries via circuit breaker 11 to front residual brake oil and stop light pressure switch (2) and rear residual brake oil and stop light pressure switch (3). When the brake oil pressure increases to a pre-determined value, the contacts of front residual brake oil and stop light pressure switch (2) and rear residual brake oil and stop light pressure switch (3) will be closed. 24 volt power is supplied to stop/tail light (1). 24 Volt power is supplied to indicator lamp panel (4), residual brake oil and stop light pressure indicator (5) will be on.
