(1) Torque for the set screw ... 22.5 ± 2.5 N·m (17 ± 2 lb ft)

Note: After assembly, the bearings can not extend beyond the surfaces of the rod.

(2) 274-4274 Bearing

Outside Diameter of the bearing ... 60.068 ± 0.013 mm (2.3649 ± 0.0005 inch)

Inside Diameter of the bearing ... 10.163 ± 0.02 mm (0.4001 ± 0.0008 inch)

(3) Before assembly, lubricate the threads with clean grease.

Diameter of the lands ... 50.0 mm (2.00 inch)

Torque for the head ... 775 ± 25 N·m (572 ± 18 lb ft)

(4) Before installation, apply 4C-9506 Retaining Compound to the threads. Torque the piston to 1375 ± 25 N·m (1014 ± 18 lb ft).

(5) 3N-5739 Spring

Outside diameter ... 11.99 mm (0.472 inch)

Assembled length ... 44.45 mm (1.750 inch)

Load at the assembled length ... 69.0 N (16.00 lb)

Free length after the test ... 111.56 mm (4.392 inch)

(6) Before assembly, apply 4C-4032 Bearing Mount Compound to the wiper seal groove.

(7) Before assembly, lubricate the sealing lip with the fluid that is being sealed.

(8) Diameter of the cylinder ... 100.0 mm (4.0 inch)

(9) Diameter of the rod ... 50.0 mm (2.00 inch)
