Relief Valve (Load Sensing Signal)

当主控制阀进口处的压力超过负载感应信号安全阀的压力设定值时，安全阀开启。 多余的液压油随后通过安全阀流向液压油箱。

负载感应信号安全阀是直接操作的芯式阀。 机具系统机油流入进口 (2) ，使提升阀 (3) 打开。 然后，机油通过出口 (8) 流回油箱。
当回路中的机油压力大于安全阀设定值时，机油压力会克服提升阀弹簧的作用力。 这将导致提升阀 (3) 打开。 机油随后经出口 (8) 流出，再流回液压油箱。 同时，机油会流经提升阀 (3) 中的一个通道，然后流入弹簧腔 (4) 。
在操作安全阀的过程中，弹簧腔 (4) 中的机油压力会使提升阀 (3) 保持稳定状态。
当回路中的机油压力小于安全阀设定值时，弹簧 (5) 的作用力会使提升阀 (3) 保持关闭。
安全阀设定值可以通过改变弹簧 (5) 的作用力来进行调整，从而使提升阀 (3) 保持关闭。 松开锁紧螺母 (6) ，并顺时针转动柱塞 (7) ，以增大安全阀的设定值。 逆时针转动柱塞 (7) ，以减小安全阀的设定值。
