Start By:
- Remove the fan group. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Group - Remove".
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.
- Remove bolts (1) and angle assembly (2) .

- Remove bracket assembly (3) and support assembly (4) .

- Remove bolts (5) and angle assembly (6) .

- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator (7). The weight of radiator (7) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
