An improved shaft seal is being used on the piston pump (steering) for the above models. The seal will provide improved performance and reliability by preventing problems due to oil leakage at the seal.

The new version of 8T-4750 Lip Seal (1) is lighter brown in color than the old version. Also, the face of the new seal is smooth and the face has no writing. The new seal has writing on the back of the seal. The old seal (2) has writing of the face of the seal. The new seal can be distinguished from the old seal by these differences.
