- Remove bolts (1) and cover (2) .

- Remove belt (3) .

- Remove five bolts (4). Install Tooling (A). Remove remaining bolt (4). Remove spacer (5) (not shown) and pulley (6) .

- Use two people in order to remove crankshaft vibration damper (7). The weight of crankshaft vibration damper (7) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).

- Remove bolts (8) and adapter (10) from damper assembly (9) .

- Position adapter (10) to damper assembly (9) and install bolts (8) .

- Use two people in order to position crankshaft vibration damper (7). The weight of crankshaft vibration damper (7) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).

- Position pulley (6) and spacer (5) (not shown). Install five bolts (4). Remove Tooling (A). Install remaining bolt (4) .
