Installation Procedure

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to the stick. Install the stick. The weight of the stick is approximately 1225 kg (2700 lb). Install pin assembly (9). Install bolt (8) and install any shims that were present during removal. Check the lateral clearance of the stick. The maximum lateral clearance should be 1.6 mm (.0630 inch).

2. Install harness assembly (12) for the stick. Connect hose assembly (11) for the stick. Assemble connector (13) that is located on the back of the light assembly. Connect harness assembly (12) to the back of the lights. Connect clips (10).

3. Connect hose assemblies (6) on stick (7). Install nut (4) and the washers onto stick (7). Connect belt (2). Align stick cylinder (3). Install pin (5) .

End By: Install the felling head. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Felling Head - Install".
