Battery or Battery Cable - Inspect/Replace
- Remove two access plates (1) in order to gain access to the batteries. The batteries are located on the right front of the machine next to the swing drive.

- Turn the battery disconnect switch counterclockwise into the OFF position.

- Disconnect the negative battery cable at the battery that is connected to the battery disconnect switch.
- At the battery disconnect switch, disconnect the + battery cable.
Note: Do not allow the disconnected battery cable to contact the battery disconnect switch.
- Disconnect the + battery cable at the battery.
- Perform the necessary repairs. Replace the battery cable or the battery, as needed.
- Connect the + battery cable at the battery. Connect the other end of the + battery cable to the battery disconnect switch.
- Connect the negative battery cable to the battery that is connected to the battery disconnect switch.
- Turn the battery disconnect switch clockwise into the ON position.
