Installation Procedure

- Install hydraulic oil cooler (40), radiator (41) and bolts (45). The weight of hydraulic oil cooler (40) is approximately 60 kg (132 lb). The weight of radiator (41) is approximately 40 kg (88 lb).

- Install horn (43) and bolt (44) .

- Attach a suitable lifting device to radiator and cooler group (33) .

- Install radiator and cooler group (33) and bolts (34). The weight of radiator and cooler group (33) is approximately 304 kg (670 lb).
- Connect hose assemblies (32) .

- Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance for the correct procedure.
End By:
- Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Exhaust (Muffler) - Remove and Install".
- Install the batteries. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Battery - Remove and Install".
