- 拆下每个制动器总成的螺塞 (2) 和 O 形密封圈。
注: 每个制动器总成有三个螺塞。

- 按照下列步骤将工具 (A) 安装到三个螺塞孔之一。
- 将 O 形圈螺塞 (A2) 安装到制动器总成的壳体中。
- 将套筒 (A3) 穿过 O 形圈螺塞 (A2) 并使套筒与螺母 (4) 接合。
- 将球形套筒 (A1) 穿过套筒 (A3) 。 用调整螺钉 (3) 将 6mm 六角固定在球形套筒上。
此时可用球形套筒 (A1) 上的 6mm 六角固定调整螺钉 (3) ，而用套筒 (A3) 转动螺母 (4) 。 还可用套筒 (A3) 保持螺母 (4) 静止，而用球形套筒 (A1) 上的 6mm 六角转动调整螺钉 (3) 。

- 使用工具松开螺母 (4) 。 将螺母松开四整圈。 这将使调整螺钉 (3) 可以转动四圈。 此操作应足以消除制动器总成的间隙。
- 使用工具转动调整螺钉 (3) ，直到消除外板与摩擦盘之间的所有间隙。 调整螺钉应至少转动 2 1/2 圈。 这是正确调整制动器总成的最小量。 如果制动器总成磨损，调整螺钉转动量应超过此转动量。 转数超过 2 1/2 圈的部分表明自上次调整后制动器出现的磨损量。 调整螺钉的螺纹螺距为 1.75 mm。 因此，如果调整螺钉转动 3 圈，则磨损量为 1/2 x 1.75 = 0.875mm。
- 对其余的两个螺塞孔重复步骤 5 至 7。
- 消除所有间隙后，使用工具将每个调整螺钉旋回 2 1/2 圈。
- 使用工具保持调整螺钉静止不动，同时拧紧螺母 (4) 以将调整螺钉锁定到位。 拧紧螺母至扭矩为 70 ± 10 N·m (52 ± 7.5 lb ft)。
- 对其余的两个螺塞孔重复步骤 9 至 10。
- 卸下工具。
- 安装带有 O 形密封圈的螺塞 (2) 。
- 以相同方式调整机器上的其他制动器总成。
- 拆下机器两侧的转向机架锁。 请参阅操作和保养手册, "转向机架锁"。 移开所有车轮挡块。
