废气旁通阀的检查

废气旁通阀控制能够旁通涡轮增压器涡轮机一侧的排气量。 此阀由此控制涡轮增压器的转速。

当发动机在低增压工况运转时,弹簧压力作用在筒内的膜片上。 作动杆就会移动,排气旁通阀就会关闭。 因而涡轮增压器能以最大性能运转。

当增压压力升高并作用在筒内的膜片上时,排气旁通阀就会打开。 涡轮增压器的转速受到限制。 转速限制的发生是因为部分排气旁通了涡轮增压器的涡轮叶轮。

以下增压压力水平表明废气旁通阀有故障:

  • 满载工况时增压压力过高

  • 低增压工况时增压压力过低

因为增压压力控制废气旁通阀的位置,所以增压压力控制涡轮增压器的最高转速。 以下因素也会影响到涡轮增压器的最高转速:

  • 发动机额定值

  • 发动机功率要求

  • 高怠速转速

  • 进气阻力

  • 排气系统阻力

测试废气旁通阀是否正常工作

  1. 从涡轮增压器上拆下隔热罩。 拆下废气旁通阀的护罩。

  2. 从废气旁通阀上拆下增压管路。 将供气管连接到可以精确调整的废气旁通阀上。

  3. 将一个适当的千分表紧固到涡轮增压器上,使得执行器杆的末端与千分表的柱塞相接触。 这样就可以测量执行器杆的轴向移动量。

  4. 向废气旁通阀缓缓施加气压,使执行器连杆移动 1.0 mm (0.039 inch)。 气压应约为 52 kPa (7.5421 psi)。 确保释放气压后千分表回到零位。 重复上述测试几次。 这可以确保取得准确的读数。

  5. 若废气旁通阀工作不正常,请就近咨询认证的 Caterpillar 代理商或 Caterpillar 分销商。
