Removal Procedure

1. Loosen lug nuts (1) .

   Note: Do not remove lug nuts (1) at this time.

2. Repeat Step 1 for the other side.

3. Use Tooling (A) in order to raise up the machine.

4. Position Tooling (B) under frame (2), as shown.

5. Use Tooling (A) in order to lower the machine onto Tooling (B) .

6. Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (3) .

7. Remove lug nuts (1) .

8. Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove tire and rim (3). The weight of tire and rim (3) is approximately 70 kg (155 lb).

9. Repeat Steps 6 through 8 for the other side.

Installation Procedure

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (3). Use the suitable lifting device in order to install tire and rim (3). The weight of tire and rim (3) is approximately 70 kg (155 lb).

2. Install lug nuts (1) .

3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the other side.

4. Use Tooling (A) in order to raise up the machine. Remove Tooling (B) from underneath frame (2). Use Tooling (A) in order to lower the machine to the ground.

5. Remove Tooling (A) .

6. Tighten lug nuts (1) to a torque of 244 N·m (180 lb ft).

7. Repeat Step 6 for the other side.
