The paver ventilation group helps to ventilate the area around the auger. When the machine is running and Shutoff valve (1) is open, flow control valve (2) allows oil from the auxiliary pump to ventilation motor (3). The motor drives a blower that extracts the air from the area around the auger. The air from the area around the auger flows through ducts inside the drag conveyors discharge opening to an exhaust stack.
