Removal Procedure

1. Loosen the lug nuts.

   Note: Do not remove the lug nuts at this time.

2. Use Tooling (B) in order to raise the machine.

3. Position Tooling (A) under the machine frame.

4. Use Tooling (B) in order to lower the machine onto Tooling (A) .

5. Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (2) .

6. Remove lug nuts (1) .

7. Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove tire and rim (2). The weight of tire and rim (2) is approximately 95 kg (210 lb).

8. Repeat Steps 5 through 7 for the other side.

Installation Procedure

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (2) .

2. Use the suitable lifting device in order to install tire and rim (2). The weight of tire and rim (2) is approximately 95 kg (210 lb).

3. Install lug nuts (1). Tighten lug nuts (1) to a torque of 240 ± 40 N·m (177 ± 30 lb ft). Tighten nuts (1) for an additional 60° ± 5°.

4. Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for the other side.

5. Use Tooling (B) in order to raise the machine.

6. Remove Tooling (A) .

7. Use Tooling (B) in order to lower the machine to the ground.

8. Remove Tooling (B) .
