Assembly Procedure

Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

1. Install O-ring seal (6), backup ring (5), O-ring seal (6), and backup ring (4) on vibratory valve (1) .

2. Install orifice plug (3) in vibratory valve (2). Tighten the orifice plug to a torque of 6.10 ± .7 N·m (54 ± 6 lb in).

3. Install valve cartridge assembly (1) in vibratory valve (2) .

End By: Install the vibratory valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibratory Valve - Install".
