自动润滑的电气系统由两个部件构成。 这两个部件分别为自动润滑定时器 (2) 和电磁空气阀 (3) 。 定时器按特定的时间间隔使电磁阀通电。 电磁阀控制操作润滑泵 (1) 的空气管路。
在机器起动后的 10 分钟，定时器将启动电磁阀。 定时器使电磁阀通电工作 75 秒钟。 随后，定时器关闭。 每隔 60 分钟，定时器将使电磁阀通电工作 75 秒。 此过程一直持续，直到机器关闭为止。
