Rollover Protective Structure (ROPS) - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the engine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine - Remove".
- Attach a suitable lifting device to Rollover Protective Structure (ROPS) (1). The weight of the ROPS is approximately 220 kg (485 lb).

- If the machine is equipped with lights, disconnect the harness assembly for the lights.
- Remove bolts (2) and remove ROPS (1) from the machine.
Installation Procedure
- Attach a suitable lifting device to Rollover Protective Structure (ROPS) (1). The weight of the ROPS is approximately 220 kg (485 lb).

- Position ROPS (1) on the machine and install bolts (2) .
- If the machine is equipped with lights, connect the harness assembly for the lights.
End By: Install the engine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine - Install".
