Hydraulic Pump Efficiency - Test

Usage:

572R II DSC
本测试旨在确定泵是否在设计参数范围内运行。 台架测试是目前唯一可用的测试。 仅在油缸的所有循环时间都过慢并且分解器网络检查正常的情况下进行该测试。

对于任意泵测试,如果泵以相同转速工作,则 690 kPa (100 psi) 时的泵流量将大于 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 时的泵流量。 泵流量的测量单位是 L/min(US gpm)。

两个工作压力下泵流量的差值即为流量损失。

如果流量损失的百分比超过 10%,说明泵的性能不足。

注: 示例中的数值并非任一特定泵或泵工作条件的设定值。 参考液压技术规格, RENR2028 了解 690 kPa (100 psi)6900 kPa (1000 psi) 时新泵的泵流量。

在机器上测试

安装流量计。 以高怠速运转发动机。 测量 690 kPa (100 psi)6900 kPa (1000 psi) 时的泵流量。 把这些数值应用到以下公式中。

台架测试

如果可以在 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 和最大泵转速下运转测试台架,则使用上述公式确定流量百分比。

如果无法在 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 下或以最大泵转速运行试验台,则以 1000 rpm 的转速运转泵轴。 测量 690 kPa (100 psi)6900 kPa (1000 psi) 时的泵流量。 将这些数值应用于以下公式的上半部分中。 对于公式的下半部分,以 2000 rpm 的转速运转泵轴。 测量 690 kPa (100 psi) 时的泵流量。
