Separation Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the radiator, the hydraulic oil cooler, the air cooler and the fuel cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator, Hydraulic Oil Cooler, Air Cooler, and Fuel Cooler - Remove".

1. Remove bolts (1) and remove bracket (2) and fan guard (3) from the shroud.

2. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect hose (4) from the radiator.

3. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect hose (5) from the air cooler.

4. Remove bolts (7) and remove fuel cooler (6) from hydraulic oil cooler (8) .

5. Remove bolts (9). Remove bolts (10) and remove hydraulic oil cooler (8) from the radiator.

6. Remove brackets (11) from the radiator.

7. Remove bolt (13) and bracket (12) from the radiator and from the air cooler.

8. Remove bolts (15) and remove shroud (14) .

9. Remove drain valve (16) and the fitting from the radiator.

10. Remove seal (19) from both ends of radiator (17) and air cooler (18) .

11. Remove bolts (20 ) from both ends of radiator (17) and air cooler (18). Separate radiator (17) and air cooler (18) .
